DO MISSIONARY WORK!!! :)

Hey everyone!!

Ahh, so this week was transfers and the call came for me to stay with Elder Tulip for another transfer! Im so happy to be staying here. I feel like there is so much more for me to learn from my companion and more work for me to do here on the area!!The most recent blessings was given to us only by Heavenly Father. I dont think we really did anything extra to deserve it, other than prayer. Our next door neighbour moved into the house a couple months ago and we always say hi to him every now and then. One night last week we got to talking to him about life. He said that he is just stressed out and isnt happy. We talked to him about what we did as missionaries and how what we share can improve his life. Turns out that one of his ex-partners was a Mormon, but didnt live the standards. So his knowledge of our beliefs were basic. We went around and taught him the next night about the Saviour and how we can come
unto Him and and be released of all our worries. He asked us what he would need to do to be baptised. We looked at each other, then looked at him with a huge smile!! We were like, ummmm, so we will teach you everything you need to know and you will be ready for the date of 11 Feb. 2012 and he accepted!!! So sweet huh??? So yeah, thats the latest
with the work of progressing investigators. Our other investigators arent really moving forward, so we are giving them a short break. One other cool thing that happened this week is that I got a new bike!!! Well, used bike. Its a Peugot racer road bike and its flippin sweet! £89 and £50 of that I got from selling one of my bikes. Oh yeah.
Well my time has run out because I got caught up in doing others things haha So have a good week everyone and DO MISSIONARY WORK!!! :)
